Shipping and Handling


Please plan your preorder accordingly with your events. We do not know about your personal events or holidays! If your item does not ship/make it to you on time for your occasion, we are not held responsible. Your package may also stop at customs for a few days, you must plan in accordance with this as well. Our return policy still applies. We don't want you to miss out on your event!

Our products can be shipped from USA or JORDAN. 

Abayas: due to the effort and high volume of our requested abayas, it may take up to 15 days for your garment(s) to be ready. Our abayas are made to preorder. **Please give our workers and shippers necessary time to make and dispatch your items**

Please note: unless specifically stated in our refund/return policy, you are not eligible for a return or cancellation after your item is delivered. 

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We sometimes offer *Free Shipping* as a way of thanking our loyal customers! However, this offer is only applicable to USA customers spending over a specified amount.  

If you wish to RETURN an order where Free Shipping has been applied, this offer is then void and shipping charges are deducted from the final refund amount. Please get in touch with us so we can process your return request.

Delivery 

COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) DELIVERY UPDATE:

We are working around the clock to ensure dispatch for Ready To Dispatch items aim to stay within our usual specified time frame of 1-2 working days. Please note: due to the current situation, courier services can face severe delays and therefore, we cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered to you at any specified time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

All international deliveries are via DHL, UPS, and USPS.

International Delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days to deliver (after date of dispatch). Countries such as the US, Canada and Europe all take approximately this long to deliver.

Please note, some parts of the world can take up to several weeks to be delivered. This includes countries such as South Africa and also parts of the Middle East. There may also be cases where parcels sent to these regions get lost in transit. If this is the case and the parcel is still not delivered, a partial refund will be issued six weeks after dispatch.

All payments via a personal invoice sent to you, or processed through the website, are secure and not shared with any third parties We can be reassure you that all payment details are secure and confidential.

Delays: 

We use the DHL, UPS, USPS service which gives us an approximate timeframe on when the parcel will be delivered to your door. However, there may be times when delays occur. This can occur at any time especially during public holidays such as Christmas, Easter and bank holidays. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused as once the parcel has been dispatched by us, it is then the responsibility of the mail service to deliver your parcel on time.
