Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide you with beautiful, high-quality pieces and excellent service. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding.




1. Return & Exchange Policy



We have a strict return and exchange policy that applies to all customers equally.


  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 3 days of receiving your item, and only if the product is:
    • Not as described
    • Sent in the incorrect size or color (e.g., you ordered white and received black)
    • Note: Slight variations due to lighting, screen resolution, or camera settings do not qualify as discrepancies.

  • Returned items must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition in which you received them
    • In their original packaging
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Customized or altered items (including custom sizes or changes to our standard designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable under any condition.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any customs/border fees related to returning the item.






2. Order Cancellations



  • We only accept cancellations on the same day the order is placed.
  • Once the order has entered production or preparation, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
  • For customized orders, our production team begins work quickly and devotes significant time and resources to each item. As such, cancellation is not possible after the same day of purchase.






3. Size & Customization



  • All items are made according to our standard size chart available online.
  • If you select a size at checkout, our manufacturers produce the item based on that selection.
  • Because each dress is made specifically for your size selection, returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size choice or fit are not accepted.
  • If you are unsure about sizing, we highly recommend that you send us your exact measurements before placing your order to ensure the best possible fit.
  • Customized designs or changes in measurements from our standard sizing are not eligible for return or exchange under any condition.






4. Shipping & Delivery



  • We ship worldwide using DHL or other trusted carriers.
  • Ready-made items are processed and shipped within 7–30 business days (excluding holidays).
    • Please note: These timeframes do not include actual delivery dates, which may vary by destination.

  • Custom orders and pre-orders may take up to 4 weeks for production before shipping, as specified in the item description.
  • Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Shipping time and cost depend on the destination, item weight, and chosen shipping method.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete.
    • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be required to cover the cost of re-shipment.






Important Notice for Event Orders



Due to high demand and production schedules, if you are ordering for a specific event, please place your order well in advance.


We cannot guarantee that orders placed last-minute will be ready or delivered in time for your event, as other orders may be ahead in the production queue.


Please avoid placing us in a difficult position by waiting until the last minute. We appreciate your understanding and planning.
