Shipping & Processing Policy – Please Read Before Placing an Order 

To ensure a smooth experience, please read the following policy carefully before placing your order, especially if you’re ordering for a specific event or within a tight timeline.

 

 


1. Order Volume & Time Sensitivity


  • Due to a high volume of orders in recent weeks, production and processing times may take longer than usual.
  • If you’re ordering for a special event, we strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific event date, as other orders may be ahead of yours in production.
  • Please avoid placing last-minute orders and expecting urgent preparation — this creates challenges for our production team. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

 


2. Processing Times

 

  • Ready-made items are processed and dispatched within 7 to 30 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Delivery dates are not included in the processing time and may vary depending on your location and shipping provider.


 


3. Custom Orders & Pre-Orders

 

  • Customized items or pre-orders may take up to 30 days (maximum) to complete, depending on the design and level of detail required.
  • If you are concerned about missing your event, we recommend considering local alternatives for time-sensitive occasions.
  • All custom orders and pre-orders will be shipped once they are fully completed, as described in each product’s listing.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a fulfillment email containing your tracking number.

 

 



4. Cancellation Policy


  • We only accept cancellations on the same day the order is placed.
  • Once your order has entered the preparation or production stage, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
  • This applies to all items, especially customized or made-to-order products, as preparation begins quickly to meet demand.






5. Shipping & Delivery



  • We ship orders worldwide to most countries using reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, or local services where applicable.
  • Shipping time and cost vary depending on:
    • Destination country
    • Weight and dimensions of the item
    • Shipping carrier and method selected at checkout






6. Address Accuracy



  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for:
    • Covering the cost of reshipping
    • Any additional customs or return fees incurred
